Old Bay Seasoning Crab Cakes

1 lb. crab meat

1 tsp. Old Bay

1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

1 tbsp. baking powder

1 beaten egg (or 2)

2 slices dry bread (or 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs), dipped in milk (or

1/4 c. evaporated milk)

Mix together, form cakes and fry in a good hot safflower oil.

1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in medium mixing bowl, mix


2. Gently fold in crabmeat.

3. Form into 6 crab cakes.

4. Saute in hot oil over medium heat, until gold brown on both sides, 4-5 minutes per side.

Cooking Tip

Chesapeake Crab Cake Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons

Old Bay seasoning, 3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice, and

several dashes hot sauce until well combined. Store in refrigerator

until ready to serve.
