Healthy Summer Salmon Spread


1/2 pound salmon, cooked

3 teaspoons cold pressed olive oil

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon basil

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper



Blend salmon in food processor.

Gradually add oil.

Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until mixture is smooth.

Cover and store in refrigerator.

Serve chilled.
