Healthy Oatmeal


4 cups soy milk

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons fructose

1-1/2 cups blueberries or strawberries, sliced apples, cut

each into 8 pieces, peel & slice thin or 2 cups

unsweetened apple sauce

2 cups of rolled oats



Add all ingredients above except the rolled oats to a pot and bring almost to a boil.

Add oats immediately.

Lower the heat slightly and continue to cook for 10 minutes.

Stir frequently.

Serves 4 people.
