Healthy Banana Icing


6 medium banana’s

1/2 cup almonds, chopped

1/2 cup carob chips

1/4 cup fructose

1-1/2 cups shredded coconut



Mash banana’s with a potato masher or fork until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Add a little more water if mixture is too dry.

Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
