Crab Cake Sandwiches
Crab cake sandwiches are the perfect recipe for brunch, lunch or dinner. Delicious crab cake recipe that can be made any time of year and is perfect for casual parties and get-togethers.
3 cans (6 ounces each) Crabmeat, well drained
1/2 cup crushed Butter Flavored Crackers
1 medium Onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped Green Pepper
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 Rolls, split
Lettuce Leaves, Tomato and Onion slices, optional
1. In a bowl, combine first 11 ingredients.
2. Shape into 6 equal sized crab cakes.
3. Coat each cake with flour.
4. In a saute pan, heat oil. Saute each cake about 5 minutes on each
side, until golden brown.
Variations and Recipe Ideas:
