Cheddar Mashed Cauliflower
1 large bag Frozen Cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon minced Fresh Garlic
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Butter
1/3 cup Half-and-Half
3 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley
1. Prepare frozen cauliflower according to package instructions. Drain in colander.
2. Add minced fresh garlic, onion powder, butter, half-and-half, shredded cheddar
cheese, fresh ground black pepper, fresh parsley, to small sauce pan.
3. Heat over low heat until smooth.
4. Add cauliflower and cheese mixture to food processor and process to desired
