Chardonnay Cream Sauce

Boil 1 1/2 cups Chardonnay and 1/3 cup chopped shallots in a medium saucepan.

Once the mixture has reduced to 1/2 cup, about 10 minutes,

fold in 1 cup of whipping cream and reduce to sauce consistency.

Salt and pepper, to taste.
